Master or Work?

Should I pursue my study in Master or gain experiences first?
I am 23 years old to be..

A) Pursue Master in MIS or Southeast Asia Study with sholarship.. (have to take TOFEL)..shit no more coding stuff ya~~
B)Working and in the same time take advance Korea class..

I'm thinking hard about it..still cannot make any decision..
